- Fall 2009): Supervised and managed all members under the age of 21. Managed

Red Cross Blood Bank Intern, St. Elisabeth Hospital (Willemstad, Curacao) Summer 2011
Conduct
various laboratory tests to clear donated blood of any potential diseases per
international protocols. Designate all
donated blood to specific blood groups.
Conduct tests on patient blood for local specialists, hospitals and
other labs to assist with diagnosing and/or treatment. Perform my own research on Sickle Cell
Anemia. Write a research report and
present it to be reviewed and approved by the Red Cross Blood Bank Director for
inclusion into future research efforts for Sickle Cell Anemia.
Junior to the Executive Committee, G.E.R.M.A.N. Club,
Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, Va) 2011-2012
Serve
on the Executive Committee along with three other officers. Act as a hearing and disciplinary board when
necessary. Approve all budgets and
discretionary spending by the Club.

Make decisions on behalf of the club when all members cannot be

with the power to award the Newman Scholarship and Walker award and the German
Club award of excellence.
